It has sel up a Community Planning Area taking in all development within a 10-mile radius of the city. (See map at right.) The area extends east to Shelley, west to Mud River and Mi-worth, north to Salmon Valley and south to Calc Creek. Under the establishment of Community Planning Area No. 7, building permits will be needed for any additions to existing buildings or structures, new buildings or structures, installation of septic tanks and plumbing facilities and demolition of a building or structure, or moving same.
