Robert Strachan charged today that the medical profession has created a political action fund to fight attempts to in introduce � troduce a medical care plan covering everyone in Canada He made the accusation in a presentation to the royal com mission on health services in which he advocated a national medical care program adminis administered � tered by the individual provinies but financially assisted by the federal government NO RIGHT Mr Strachan said the medi medical � cal profession should not hae either the moral or legal right to obstruct a government-sponsored medical plan The
