Highway 16 centres in half Secondary road proposed by Telkwa Chamber of Commerce has stretches completed at both ends The 34 mile unfinished midsection makes total distance 70 miles compared with 140 miles between Telkwa and Terrace on Highway 16 Highway Telkwa Chamber of Commerce has suggested an existing road between Telkwa and Terrace be widened and completed to carry heavy through traffic and
