two sig nificant factors First is the possibility of fi financing � nancing the extra costs brought by the new federal taxes and second is the economic fcas ibility of production in view of the increased dapital invest ment In a telephone interview from his Vancouver office today Mr Liersch told The Citizen that j neither of these two factors has jet been precisely deter- i mined Both arc
