night that very substantial very satisfactory progress had been achieved All the negotiators are La agreement on a report that will now be sent to the governments concerned he said Asked by a newsman If ac acceptance � ceptance of this report by the three governments would clear the way for a start on the Columbia project Mr Martin replied I would agree with that Mr Martin the main spokes spokesman � man for the conference dis disclosed � closed no details of the agree agreement � ment but dropped strong hints to guide reporters ln reading between the lines of the non noncommittal �
