multi-million-dollar flood control project on the upper reaches of the Praser River He said dams built under the project would be capable of generating hydro electric power totalling 2 million a third river The premier said the request for federal aid will be made on the basis of a report earlier this year by the Fraser River Board which called for a 389 million flood control system that
