school board has cut 60000 from its operating budget an increase of 4 mills will have to be paid to education by taxpayers The 1965 mill rates were set by city council Wednesday The general mill rate will remain at 53 while the school mill rate rises from the 241 in 1964 to 281 The operating budget for schools is now less than 4 million Mr Elliott said if school board did not have its budget
