Editor Another form of local government for the 40000 people between Prince George and Valemount was proposed by Municipal Affairs Minister Campbell Monday night It would be called a regional district and would be sort of an umbrella government superimposed on any numberof local ad administrations � ministrations Mr Campbell aired his sug suggestion � gestion at a public meeting in Connaught Elementary School which was attended by close to 150 persons The audience was made up mainly of rural representatives opposed to the district muni municipality � cipality concept which has been suggested by the provincial gov government � ernment and Prince George city council However it turned out that the district municipality idea was only a small point in Mr Campbells discussion and the
