money bylaw within a month The referendum prepared by the Board of School Trus Trustees � tees will ask approval for borrowing of 6838000 over three years The loan will be repaid within 20 years by the tax taxpayers � payers of Prince George and the Province of BC on a fifty fifty basis The money will not be bor borrowed � rowed in a lump sum and taxpayers will not be charged for the money until It is used Purpose of the referendum Is to raise money for some 80 elementary and junior high school classrooms and the proposed 4 million senior high school In addition to the new Senior Secondary School which will eventually house 1800 students and a Junior Secondary School for COO students at least CO elemen elementary � tary classrooms must be provided in order to avoid widespread double
