ended up charging a 17-year-old youth with most of the break ins which occurred in the city last weekend As he walked from the police station to Ken Mills Chevrolet Oldsmoblle where the break in occurred Const Marks stopped a car driven by the juvenile Police said the car was stolen from the Ken Mills lot The youth was later charged with responsibility for most of more than a dozen break ins in the city between Friday night and Monday He also was charged in con connection � nection wltheight more break ins Monday night These Included safe attacks at Ken Mills and at Spruceland Chrysler Plymouth Ltd How do you get into trouble with police by paying a court fine Man who appeared In city court this morning seemed a bit confused about the uhole thing Seems he walked into the police
