Chief Cause Here Human carelessness was for the second day in a row blamed for new fire outbreaks inj the Prince George forest district A BC Forest Service spokesman said today all four new fires reported since Tuesday were results of human carelessness Two of the outbreaks were from campfires andithe others from escaped burning permits He said all four are under control Meanwhile officials
